On August 6th, 1945, during the end WWII a American B-29 bomber dropped the worlds first atomic bomb on the city of Hiroshmia, Japan. The bomb wiped out 90% of the city and 80,000 people killed instantly. Later tens of thousands of people would die due to radiation exposure. Another atomic bomb on Nagasaki killing 40,000 people and causing Hirohito, Japans Emperor, to announce the unconditional surrender in the world war on August 15th.
